January 7 2010 - During 2009, our office has been overrun with custom design work, and we wanted to give you an update on our recent projects. Many clients think they are limited to our standard plans, or making slight revisions to them. With a custom design, the possibilities are endless, as you can see from the pictures below. Custom Hangar Residence
Stearman Field, Benton, Kansas
an eccentric house for a very modern client.


Custom Residences
San Diego, California
these two residences are based on our Comstock and Greene plans and are carefully placed on a hillside lot to maximize the ocean views of both homes.


Custom Residence
West Palm Beach, Florida
this design was made to fit a very tight lot with views of Lake Worth. the home was designed in the Barbados style, but with a completely custom interior.


Custom Residence
Haines City, Florida
this modern design is loosely based on the BarbadosMini plan. we have expanded the plan to include exercise and game rooms, a guest suite over the garage, a large rear sundeck and porch, and covered drive.


Custom Remodeling
Orlando, Florida
the addition will add about 1200 square feet to the existing home, and several porches. we have added a new kitchen, family theatre, and large master suite. we have also changed the existing style of the home to incorporate stronger craftsman detailing.
