Twelve Oaks is a classic Greek Revival. The large wrap-around porch shades all sides of the house, providing outdoor space for entertaining and relaxing. The interior of the home features 3 large bedroom suites, each having it’s own sitting area and fireplace. The living, dining, and family all feature fireplaces, large triple-hung windows, wood floors, elaborate moldings, and generous spaces for furnishings. The stairs continue to an upstairs vestibule, and future space in the attic.

5,924 sq. feet of additional space (3,400 porches, 2,524 attic)

In 2006, this plan was featured in the Orlando Sentinel as Design of the Week.
Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain. It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep.
Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.
